摘要
当前,中国职业教育的师资主要还是来自大学应届毕业生。这些来自不同类型高校的大学生们刚毕业就从一个校门跨进了另一个校门,从学生身份转变成为老师身份,还没来得及将所学的知识运用于社会实践,就又成了传授知识的人。作为一名年轻教师,特别是像机电类等动手能力要求比较强的工科专业教师,如何将自己所学的知识应用到技能教学中,上好实训课,这需要在教学实践中不断摸索、总结和反思。
At present, Chinese occupation education teachers mainly from university graduates in the recruitment.From different types of college students, they just graduated from the identity of students into the role of the teacher.Like electrical and mechanical etc, strong practical requirements of engineering profession, young teacher how willtheir university knowledge applied to teaching, what a good training course, this needs to fumble ceaselessly, the youngteachers in the actual teaching practice summary and reflection.
