摘要
针对LED照明产品,提出一种寿命快速评价的方法。通过对样品在3种温度应力水平下进行加速寿命实验,以光通量的衰减作为失效判据,并对实验结果进行了分析,以威布尔分布来描述产品的寿命分布,利用最小二乘法和阿伦尼斯模型对试验数据进行统计分析,最终外推得出正常应力水平下产品的寿命。
The method of the life quickly evaluate is presented for the LED lighting products based on three levels of temper- ature stress as the acceleration life test for the test sample,as a luminous flux attenuation detecting failure criterion,and based on the test data,with the Weibull distribution to describe the life of the product distribution,products life of the extrapolated normal stress is presented using the least squares method and the Arrhenius model test data for statistical analysis.
