摘要 传统汇流箱通常控制核心比较简单,功能单一,控制核心试试处理能力弱,通讯效率较低且抗干扰能力较低。随着嵌入式技术的发展,简单的控制器已经不符合光伏监控系统稳定可靠、实时响应的要求。针对这些问题,本文设计了一种基于ARM Cortex-M3为核心的STM32F10x控制器的光伏汇流箱,该汇流箱能够监测汇流箱电压、电流、温度等多种参数,具有标准的MODBUS协议接口,向监控系统实时上传,同时能实现远程控制汇流箱通断,方便接入光伏电站监控系统。在控制电路中加入SD卡存储设计,在通讯故障的情况下保证了数据的就地历史备份,可插拔的SD卡,也使得取数和维护更加方便。另外,对汇流箱作了防雷设计及电路抗干扰设计,提高了汇流箱的整体抗干扰能力。 Traditional junction box usually control core is simpler, single function, the control core to try processing capacity is weak, low communication efficiency and anti-interference ability is low. With the development of embedded technology, a simple controller has does not conform to the photovoltaic (pv) monitor system is stable and reliable, the requirement of real-time response. To solve these problems, this paper designs an arm-based STM32F10x architecture (M3 as the core controller of pv junction box, the junction box can monitor junction box voltage, current, temperature and other parameters, the standard MODBUS protocol interfaces, real-time uploaded to the monitoring system, can realize remote control on-off junction box at the same time, convenient access to the photovoltaic power station monitoring system. Add an SD card to store in control circuit design, in the case of communication failures to ensure restoring the history data. In addition, the junction box to make to the lightning protection design and anti-interference circuit design, improve the overall anti-interference ability of junction box.
