地方应用型本科院校实践教学体系的现状分析及革新——以新余学院为例

Analysis of local application- oriented undergraduate colleges' status quo and innovation of practical teaching system ——A case study of Xinyu University

实践教学是应用型本科院校的重要教学环节。为了提高和保障实践教学的质量,须构建独立和完善的实践教学体系。以新余学院为例,分析了当前应用型本科院校在实践教学过程中存在的问题,采取有效措施构建了较为完善的实践教学体系,包括明确实践教学目标、修订人才培养方案;构建实践教学内容体系、创新实践教学模式;加强组织管理、创新制度建设;加强双师型队伍的建设、形成产教融合模式;构建"五位一体"实践育人平台、单列实践教学经费。

The practical teaching is an important teaching link of application- oriented colleges. In order to improve and guarantee the quality of practical teaching,it is necessary to establish independent and perfect practical teaching system. Taking Xinyu University for example,this paper analyses the problems of practical teaching of application- oriented colleges and puts forward suggestions for effectively establishing independent and perfect practical teaching system,including making clear practical teaching goal,modifying talents cultivation project,innovating practical teaching model,stressing organization management,etc.
