校企合作共育本科应用型人才的探索和实践——以福建武夷学院为例

近年来,在应用技术大学转型战略的推动下,地方本科院校对校企合作育人模式作了富有成效的探索。福建武夷学院对校企合作结合点、实施路径、长效机制等问题进行思考,创新校企合作办学的各种模式,在行业学院办学模式、企业专班培养模式、三维一体实践教学模式、项目驱动教学模式等方面进行探索,形成校企合作育人的长效机制,实现校企的互利共羸。

In recent years,with the implementation of the strategy of transformation of the universities and colleges of applied science and technology,the local universities and colleges have made fruitful exploration to college- enterprise cooperation talent training mode.Based on thinking of combination points of college- enterprise cooperation,implementation path of college- enterprise cooperation,long- term mechanism of college- enterprise cooperation,Wuyi College made exploration into the innovation of college- enterprise cooperation education mode,college- enterprise cooperation training mode,college- enterprise cooperation practice teaching mode,college- enterprise cooperation teaching model,deepening the college- enterprise cooperation in training talents.
