深化合作,探索“校校企”联合培养人才之路——以泉州师范学院牵头联办服装学院为例

On the school- school- enterprise joint talents training——A case study on Qaunzhou Normal College

构建"校校企"联合培养人才机制,是高校培养应用型人才的途径之一,也是高等教育适应现代社会和市场需求,加强高校间协同创新的重要举措。以泉州师范学院牵头联办服装学院的实践为例,分析了"校校企"合作联合培养人才的背景、意义和运行模式,为地方院校在人才培养模式的创新实践上提供有益的借鉴。

Establishing the school- school- enterprise joint talents training mechanism is one the approaches of training application- oriented talents as well as an important measures of adapting to the modern social and market needs and strengthening the inter- school collaborative innovation. Taking jointly running clothes college led by Quanzhou Normal College,this paper analyses the background,significance and running model of the school- school- enterprise joint talents training to provide reference for the local colleges in the innovative practice of talents training model.
