新建本科院校创新应用型人才培养模式探析

A probe into innovative application- oriented talents training model of new undergraduate colleges

新建本科院校是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,这些院校要持续发展,必须培养高素质的应用型人才。但当前新建本科院校应用型人才培养中存在教学管理不到位、课程设置缺乏规范性和系统性、教学方法缺乏灵活性等一系列问题。要解决这些问题,应采取优化课程结构和专业设置、推行新的教学模式和加强实践教学、构建适应社会需求的应用型人才培养方案等策略,创新应用型人才培养模式。

The newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities have become an important part of our country＇s higher education and shoulder the great mission in the education reform. The sustained development of newly- built undergraduate universities and colleges needs the cultivation of applied talents. At present the newly- built undergraduate colleges and universities have problems in the teaching management,curriculum structure and teaching method. To solve these problems,we should optimize curriculum structure and specialty setup,promote the new teaching model,strengthen practice teaching,establish the application- oriented talents training project meeting the social needs and innovate the talents training model.
