摘要
针对监督预测控制在线计算的复杂性,引入阶梯式控制策略,降低了在线计算量,减少了计算时间,提高了算法的快速性。在阶梯式监督预测控制的基础上进行改进,在目标函数中引入单步预测输出差值来抑制输出超调。以IGCC气化炉温度控制为对象进行仿真,仿真结果表明:本算法具有良好的可行性和控制效果,满足了系统调节的快速性、稳定性、准确性及抗干扰性的要求。
As the characteristics of online computational complexity of supervisory predictive control,and the stair-like control strategy is introduced,which reduced the online computation,and the computation time. Improvement on the algorithm based on stair-like supervisory predictive control,predicted output error is introduced in the objective function to suppress output overshoot. IGCC gasifier temperature control is adopted for the simulation. Simulation results show that the use of non-quadratic performance indexes of stair-like supervisory predictive control algorithm can also achieve good control effect,adjust the system to meet the stability,accuracy and immunity requirements.
