Improvement on the Manufacturing Process of Nonplanar U Bending Tubes

经研究提出了壳牌气化炉内件中一种非平面U型管件的快速压制成型方法,该种方法是除常规弯管加工方法之外的另一种制造方法。其关键点在于模具的设计及其摆放,通过计算将模具摆放于一个特定的角度,与传统方法相比,可以用更少的工序将管子压制成型,大幅简化了此种弯管的制造工艺流程。

In this paper,a novel rapid processing to manufacture nonplanar U bending tubes used in shell＇s gasifier is raised after detail research. Which give an additional way of making such tubes.the key point lies in the design and arrangement of the mold,by putting the mold with a calculated angle,the bending tubes can be made in less passes,comparing with traditional ways,greatly reduce the complicity of making such kind of bending tubes.
