摩托车灯具、仪表单品振动试验方法研究

摘要 灯具、仪表必须满足抗振要求,现有振动单品试验标准不能满足成本及可靠性设计要求。采用道路振动测试方法来确定特性车型灯具、仪表的单品振动试验输入条件,并规定了单品振动试验的操作方法。实践表明,本方法能够满足整车灯具、仪表的抗振设计要求。 The lamps and instruments must have the anti-vibration performance. The existing test standard can not meet the requirements of design in terms of cost and reliability. The test items are determined in accordance with the stipulations in road vibration testing method. The test method is also introduced. The test results show that this method can meet the requirements of anti-vibration performance of lamp and instrument.
