摘要
融合教育是指特殊儿童和普通同龄儿童置身于同一个时空,共同学习成长的教育组织方式。它强调为特殊儿童提供正常化而非隔离式的教育环境,使之与同龄人共同享受同样的普通教育。在此基础之上,再实施特殊教育和相关功能康复训练指导与服务。
In past more than a century,the higher education for the disabled persons in American has tended to be mature. It has a relatively comprehensive system of finance and a set of perfect laws,which standardize the higher education services for the disabled and provide a good academic support environment. The right to fully participate in higher education for the disabilities gets guaranteed and their social status gets improved. Some suggestions are made to revise the Chinese law about higher education for disabilities,enhance the finance security system,quick steps in the university academic atmosphere construction,regulate university services and content,etc.,so as to improve the development of higher education for the disabilities in China.
