460例中老年体检人群baPWV与LVET/PEP检测结果及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解贵阳市部分中老年体检人群肱踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)与射血指数(LVET/PEP)水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法对460例中老年体检人群检测ba PWV、左室射血时间(LVET)、射血前期(PEP)、LVET/PEP、血压、血生化等指标。分析ba PWV与LVET、PEP、LVET/PEP的相关性,并用Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果体检人群ba PWV、LVET/PEP、LVET、PEP异常检出率分别为78.7%、23.0%、28.3%、43.5%;ba PWV与LVET、LVET/PEP呈负相关(r分别为-0.16和-0.11,P<0.01);ba PWV与年龄、心率(HR)、血压、脉压差(PP)、血糖(GLU)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等相关(P<0.05);LVET/PEP与HR、舒张压(DIA)、PP、GLU、尿酸(UA)等相关(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、HR、SYS及DIA为ba PWV主要影响因素(P<0.05),年龄、性别、HR及SYS为LVET/PEP主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论该体检人群ba PWV、LVET、PEP及LVET/PEP异常检出率均较高,其中ba PWV与LVET、LVET/PEP具有负相关性;年龄、HR及DIA为ba PWV主要影响因素;影响LVET、PEP、LVET/PEP主要因素包括年龄、性别、HR、SYS、PP、UA。 Objective To survey the brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and ejection index (LVET/PEP) level of some middle-aged and senile people in physical examination in Guiyang City, and explore the influencing factors. Methods The indexes of 460 middle-aged and senile people in physical examination were examined, including baPWV, left ventricle ejection time (LVET), pre-ejection period (PEP), LVET/PEP, blood pressure, and blood biochemical indicators. The correlation between baPWV and LVET, PEP, and LVET/PEP was analyzed, and the influencing factors were analyzed by means of logistic regression method. Results The abnormity rates of baPWV, LVET/PEP, LVET, and PEP of the people aforesaid in physical examination were 78.7%, 23.0%, 28.3%, and 43.5%, respectively; baPWV was negatively correlated with LVET and LVET/PEP (r was -0.16 and -0.11 respectively, P 〈 0.01); baPWV was correlated with age, heart rate (HR), blood pressure, pulse pressure (PP), blood glucose (GLU), creatinine (Cr), total cholesterol (TC), trigtyceride (TG) etc. (P 〈 0.05) ; LVET/PEP was correlated with HR, diastolic (DIA), PP, GLU, uric acid (UA) etc. (P 〈 0.05) ; Logistic regression analysis showed that age, HR, SYS and DIA were the main influencing factors of baPWV (P 〈 0.05) and age, gender, HR and SYS were the main influencing factors of LVET/PEP (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The abnormity rates of baPWV, LVET, PEP and LVET/PEP of these people are high, among which baPWV was negatively correlated with LVET and LVET/PEP; age, HR and DIA are the main influencing factors of baPWV while age, gender, HR, SYS, PP, UA are the main influencing factors of LVET, PEP, and LVET/PEP.
