十七大以来学术界关于反腐倡廉建设的研究综述

Research on Anti-corruption Construction Since the 17th CPC National Congress

反对腐败并建设廉洁政府,是中国共产党历来坚定不移的目标,是中国共产党巩固执政地位并维护广大人民利益的必然要求。自十七大以来,学术界对腐败的定义及特点、中国共产党反腐倡廉建设的历程与经验、反腐倡廉建设面临的问题及原因、推进反腐倡廉建设的措施等方面展开了理论研究。但对把握反腐倡廉建设的主动性、揭示反腐倡廉建设的内在规律和反腐败的战略政策如何在具体实践中发挥最大效能的研究还比较缺乏。

And-corruption construction and building a clean government is the unswerving goal of the Communist Party of China. It is an inevitable requirement to consolidate the ruling position of the CPC and of the masses ＇ interests. Since the 17th CPC National Congress, the academic circles carried out theo- retical research on the definition and characteristics, process and experience, problems and the reasons and measures of the construction of the anti-corruption of CPC. At present, there are two problems relatively lacking in research. 1. How to grasp initiative and reveal the inherent law of anti-corruption construction. 2. How to maximize efficiency in the concrete practice of anti-corruption construction.
