我国高校家政专业人才培养的现状、问题与对策

Reflections on the Existing Problems and Future Development of Professional Talents Training in Family Service in Chinese Universities

家庭服务业在改善民生、扩大就业、增加内需、优化产业结构等方面发挥着重要作用。要发展家庭服务业首先要抓好人才队伍建设,而人才队伍建设离不开高校家政专业人才培养的支持。文章分析了我国高校家政专业人才培养的现状,剖析了暴露出的问题,对其未来发展给出了加强舆论引导、对接行业需求、规范教材编撰、优化课程体系、创新师资管理、推进学科建设、深化产学研合作的七点建议,为家政专业人才教育顺利推进,向社会不断输入人才提供了重要参考。

Family serviceplays a pivotal role in the aspects of expanding employment, improving people＇s livelihood and optimizing the industrial structure. To developfamilyservice, efforts on talent team construction should be put in the first place with the support of professional talents training of this major in universities.Therefore, it is of great significance for this paper to analyze the current situation of talents training in this field with an exposure of the existing problems connected therewithand to provide seven suggestionsfor its future development so as to meet the higher demands of Chinese family service in improving the quality of talents training.
