摘要
管路振动会导致管路局部应力超标,引起空调管路振动的主要原因是压缩机的机械振动及制冷剂的压力脉动,而由管路的制冷剂压力脉动激发管路振动的情况居多。解决管路应力问题,不仅要考虑压缩机的机械振动,更要考虑压缩机周期性吸排气引起的制冷剂压力脉动因素。
Pipeline vibration will result in pipeline local stress going beyond the limit. The main reasons of causing pipeline vibration are the mechanical vibration of compressor and the pressure fluctuation of refrigerating fluid. And the situation of the pressure fluctuation of refrigerating fluid resulting in pipeline vibration is more. To solve the problem of pipeline vibration, we should not only consider the mechanical vibration of compressor, but ought to consider about the pressure fluctuation of refrigerant resulting from the periodicity suction-exhaust pressure of compressor.
