摘要
采用克隆文库的方法对郑州市南水北调水源切换前后的两种地表水源,以及切换后管网出水的微生物群落结构进行了解析,可为水源切换后消毒处理工艺运行和管网水质安全保障提供一些微生物学基础信息。研究结果表明,两种水源的微生物群落结构差异较大,南水北调水源的微生物群落结构相对简单;水源切换后,现行的加氯消毒方式仍能有效控制微生物风险;水源切换后管网出水中较多酸杆菌的存在说明微生物对管网腐蚀存在一定影响。
The structure of microbial community was analyzed in two kinds of surface water in Zhengzhou before and after water source switching in South to North Water Diversion Project, and outflow after switching by clone library method. It could provide the basic information of microbiology for the operation of disinfection treatment process and guaranteeing the network water quality safety after water source switching. The research results indicated that the differences of microbial community structure were obvious in two kinds of water sources, and the microbial community structure of water source from South to North Water Diversion Project was relatively simple. After water source switching, the present chlorination disinfection method could control the microbial risk effectively, and the Acidobacteria in pipeline outflow showed that microorganism had certain influence on the pipeline corrosion.
