电厂直流取水泵房前池数值三维分析及优化设计

摘要 利用ICEM对循环水前池进行网格划分,同时基于FLUENT中RNG湍流模型建立了三维数值模型,重点对稳态及瞬态的水力特性进行了分析研究,主要研究了各流道处的流速分布情况,重点分析了吸水管附近流速分布的均匀情况,探讨了在前池入口增加挡流板和在取水泵前设置消涡胸墙对水流的改善情况。结果表明,挡流板反而使泵启动时候水流涡旋更大,而消涡胸墙可以有效减少泵吸水管附近的涡旋流。 The ICEM was used to conduct dimensional numerical model was established based and transient hydraulic characteristics were analyzed mesh partition for circulating water forebay. The velocity distribution of flow channel was mainly studied, the uniformity of velocity distribution was analyzed near suction pipe, and the improvement of adding baffle plate at the entrance of forebay and setting breast wall before intake pump on flow was discussed. The results showed that the flow vortex was bigger using baffle plate when the pump started, and the vortex flow near suction pipe was decreased effectively using breast wall.
