摘要
针对沈阳市输配水管道漏水事故频发,对城市供水安全造成严重影响的问题,通过收集2009—2013年输配水管网漏水事故的数据,对漏水事故数据进行了详细的分析,建立了漏水事故数据库,并提出了具体的解决对策,以达到降低管网漏损率的目的。
