提高铜及伴生金回收率选矿实践

摘要 在含金硫化铜矿石的选矿过程中采用两段磨矿,一段磨矿至≦0.074 mm≥65%进行铜硫混选作业,铜硫混合浮选产出的混合精矿分级再磨至≦0.045 mm≥85%进行铜硫分离作业.一段磨矿通过调整磨机补加钢球的球径配比,二段磨矿采用立磨机代替传统球磨机,提高磨矿效率,优化磨矿产品粒级分布,在选别过程中采用MA-1和MOS联合捕收剂代替黄药,铜硫分离作业降低石灰用量,使用选择性较好的Z200做为捕收剂,结合浮选柱液位调整精矿品位,有效提高铜及伴生金的回收率,充分利用资源,提高企业经济效益. In the gold -bearing sulfide copper ore beneficiation process in the two -stage grinding,some grinds to ≤ 0.074 mm ≥ 65% copper -sulfur mixed electoral operations,mixed copper sulfide flotation concentrate grading output regrinds to ≤ 0.045 mm≥85% copper -sulfur separation operations.By adjusting the period of grinding ball mill additional ball diameter ratio,Sec grinding adopts legislation to replace the traditional ball mill to improve grinding efficiency,optimizes grinding mineral grain size distribution,and uses MA -in the sorting process 1 and MOS joint collector instead xanthate,copper sulfur separation operations to reduce the amount of lime.It better uses selective flotation as Z200,combines column flotation concentrate grade level adjustment,improves copper and associated gold recovery,and makes full use of resources and improves the economic efficiency of enterprises.
