安徽某矿山选铜尾矿浸出回收钪 被引量:2

摘要 针对安徽某矿山含钪选铜尾矿,进行直接酸浸和选矿预富集再酸浸提钪两种方案的对比研究。结果表明,两种方案均能实现铜尾矿中钪的酸浸回收,且浸出条件相当。在浓硫酸加入量60%,萤石加入量10%,温度90℃,液固比3.0~4.0∶1,浸出时间8 h的最佳条件下,尾矿直接酸浸和选矿预富集钪精矿再酸浸钪浸出率均超过90%。尾矿直接酸浸钪总回收率较高,选矿预富钪精矿再酸浸成本较低。 According to the characteristics of the scandium-containing copper tailing from a plant in Anhui,the comparison tests of leaching scandium from the copper tailing before or after pre-beneficiation are carried out. The results show that the scandium can be recovered by both of the two leaching schemes with the same conditions. Under the optimal experimental conditions,60% H2SO4,10% Ca F2,3. 0 ~4. 0∶ 1,leaching temperature 90 ℃,leaching time 8 h,more than 90% of scandium can be extracted out by both directly tailings leaching and scandium concentrate leaching. The recovery rate using direct tailings leaching is higher,however the operating cost of scandium concentrate leaching is lower.
