摘要
矿山开采方案确定是矿山设计中的核心环节,是一个非常复杂的系统工程。以国外某金矿开采方案选择为例,提出全露天开采、露天+斜坡道开拓、露天开采+竖井开拓三个开采方案,分别从技术、经济方面综合比选,选择采用全露天开采。从净现值、投资收益率等经济因素考虑,确定矿山开采规模为100万t/a时为最优方案,实现了投资较少、效益较高、安全性较好、开采工艺简单等显著效果。
The determination of the mining scheme is the core part in the design of mine,and it is a very complicated system engineering. For a gold mine construction in abroad,three schemes are proposed including the whole open-pit mining,the open-pit mining and ramp development,the open-pit mining and vertical shaft development,and comprehensively compared from the aspects of the technique and economy,and the whole open-pit mining scheme is selected. The optimal mining scale is 1 Mt / a with the consideration of the net present value,investment rate and other economic factors. The significant effects are achieved such as less investment,more profit,high safety and easier operation.
