摘要
介绍了国内首台623℃再热蒸汽温度USC锅炉再热器的设计特点,防止超温的措施及运行情况。623℃再热器出口温度是目前国内已投运的最高再热蒸汽温度锅炉,它的成功投运对电站超超临界机组的锅炉设计、制造、安装和运行具有示范和引领作用。
This paper introduces the design characteristics of the first domestic 623℃ reheat steam temperature of USC boiler reheater, prevention measures and operation over temperature. Outlet temperature of 623℃ reheater is present the highest reheat steam temperature of boiler, has a leading and exemplary role of successful commissioning of its power station boiler design, ultra supercritical unit of manufacturing, installation and operation.
