在火电厂脱硫系统运行过程中,pH值的自动控制一直是最难且最重要的部分。以田集发电厂二期660 MW超超临界机组采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺的烟气脱硫系统为例,简述脱硫系统构成。主要介绍供浆系统及pH控制功能。结合DCS逻辑组态和现场调试的工作情况分析问题,对pH值的自动控制进行优化。探讨研究了PID分段控制的实际应用。其结果能进一步减少运行人员监盘操作压力,提高脱硫系统自动化水平。
