On Systematicness of Language from the Perspective of System Theory in Philosophy

本文从哲学系统论出发考察语言的系统性。研究发现,语言系统拥有协调平衡、动态演化、独立于外部系统、按照等级秩序自组织等一般系统的运作规律和特征。哲学系统论的核心思想是系统具有整体性,由此可以揭示出语言系统及其运作的整体性。这进一步表明,语言系统运作所形成的系统环境与普遍意义上的语境产生契合。基于语言系统本身开展语境研究,有助于揭示语境的形成机制。

The paper studies systematicness of language from the perspective of System Theory in Philosophy. The research finds out, language system and general system share the same operation rules and features, such as coordination and balance, dynamic evo- lution, independent of external systems, self-organization according to hierarchical order, etc. The core concept of System Theory in Philosophy is that system has integrity, which reveals the integrity of language system operation. This further suggests that there is agreement between contexts in common sense and systematic environment generated by language system operation. Con- text study based on language system is helpful to reveal formation mechanism of the context.
