摘要
主要对草果抑菌物质进行分离纯化,并进行定性定量分析。首先采用超声波提取方法对草果抑菌活性物质进行提取,接着采用液-液分离法用石油醚、乙酸乙酯进行分级分离,采用硅胶柱对乙酸乙酯相进行分离纯化,最后对所得流分进行GC-MS分析。结果表明:草果中含有诱杀烯醇、2-乙酰环戊酮、2-氧化辛酸、2-呋喃甲酸、邻异丙基甲苯等多种抑菌活性成分。
Mainly study the isolation and purification of antibacterial substances from Arnornurn tsao-ko and carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis. Antibacterial substances from Arnomurn tsao-ko are extracted by ultrasonic extraction method, and then are fractionated by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate. Adopt silica gel column for further separation and purification of ethyl acetate extraction, and GC-MS analysis for the resulting fractions. The result shows that the Amornum tsao-ko contains many antibacterial compounds, including grandisol, 2-acetyl-Cyclopentanone, 2-Oxooctanoic acid, 2-Furoic acid, o-Cymene, et al.
