随着现代食品工业的飞速发展,食品添加剂已成为现代食品工业不可缺少的重要组成部分。食品添加剂直接关系食品品质和安全,关系国家政治稳定和社会发展,因此食品添加剂的安全生产也备受重视。通过对北京市食品添加剂企业生产现状的调研,分析了其中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策及监管建议,拟为广大食品添加剂生产企业提供有益的参考。

With the rapid development of modern food industry, food additives have become an important part of modern food industry. Food additives are directly related to food quality and safety, in relation to national political stability and social development, so that the safety production of food additives has been paid more attention. Through the research of the present production situations of food additives enterprises in Beijing city, analyze the existing problems, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures, to provide useful references for food additives production enterprises.
