藏药质量标准现状及其研究对策

Current Situation and Countermeasure Research on Quality Standard of Tibetan Medicine

总结分析我国藏药药材质量标准、藏药成药质量标准研究现状及存在问题。认为在藏药的质量控制及评价方面,首先应该建立基于藏医药理论体系,以藏药药性理论为指导,结合藏药临床应用实际的药品质量控制和安全性评价方法。在此基础上,加强组方中藏药材的质量标准以及藏药(药材、制剂)的药效物质基础研究,同时将药品的安全性质量控制指标与含矿物质、重金属、毒性药物的安全性评价相结合进行藏药制剂的质量标准研究。通过制定合理严谨科学的藏药质量标准,保证藏药的安全性、有效性,为更好推广藏药、发展藏医药卫生事业奠定良好的基础。

Current situation and problems in quality control and quality standards of Tibetan medicinal herbs and Tibetan patent medicine are discussed in this paper. The authors think that the quality control and safety evaluation methods should first be established based on the Tibetan medicine theory system combined with Tibetan medicine clinical practice. On this basis,research on the quality standard of Tibetan medicine in prescription and pharmacodynamic studies of Tibetan Medicine（ medicinal materials and preparation） should be strengthened. Meanwhile,quality control measurements of medicine safety should be combined with safety evaluation of minerals,heavy metals,and toxic drugs in order to study the quality standard of Tibetan Medicine. By establishing reasonable and strict scientific quality standard of Tibetan medicine,the safety and effectiveness of Tibetan medicine can be ensured.
