期望与针灸临床疗效的相关性

Correlation of Expectation and Acupuncture Clinical Effectiveness

期望是人们对某种事物的未来提前勾画出的理想值,有积极期望和消极期望之别。研究发现期望对针灸疗效有一定的影响,合理积极的期望有较好的安慰剂效应,消极的期望则有明显的反安慰剂效应。通过对近年来关于期望对于针灸疗效影响的相关研究进行分析,为针刺疗法的机制研究和临床应用提供重要参考。

Expectations refer to advance delineating desired values of something in the future. However,there are both positive and a negative expectations. Researches have shown that expectations affect the acupuncture clinical effectiveness. Reasonable and positive expectations have a good placebo effect,while the negative expectations show an obvious anti-placebo effect. This article aims at analyzing the correlated researches on how expectation affecting the acupuncture clinical effectiveness,so that researchers could gain some inspirations for further acupuncture mechanism studies and clinical application.
