基于症状量值矩阵的湿阻病阴虚湿热证中医证候疗效评价

Visual Evaluation on Curative Effects of Chinese Medicine on Yin-deficiency and Dampness-heat Syndrome in Dampness-retention Disease based on Symptom Value Matrix

目的探讨湿阻病阴虚湿热证中医证候疗效可视化评价的可行性。方法建立湿阻病阴虚湿热证的症状量值标准,对30例患者进行规范化的数据采集,对纳入患者采用阴虚湿热方干预2周。根据概率分布"中心极限定理",构建症状量值矩阵,基于治疗前后症状量值矩阵,通过矩阵的特征值、特征向量等变换,计算椭球体球心及半径。对椭球体进行绘图,实现对相关症状量值变化的可视化展现。结果 30例患者治疗前后症状量值产生的椭球体的空间形状变化,椭球中心点(均值)发生了向原点方向的移动,椭球体的体积也在缩小,其离散度变小,趋向于中心集中,表明阴虚湿热方可显著改善临床症状。结论基于症状量值矩阵进行中医证候疗效可视化评价直观、准确、可行。

Objective To explore the feasibility of visual evaluation of curative effects of Chinese medicine in Yin-deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome in dampness-retention disease. Methods Symptom value standards for Yin-deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome in dampness-retention disease were established,and the standard value data was collected from 30 patients. Patients were intervened using decoctions treating Yin-deficiency and dampnessheat syndrome for 2 weeks. Based on Central Limit Theorem for probability distribution,symptom value matrix was established. According to symptom value matrix before and after the treatment,by conversion of eigenvalue and eigenvector,center and radius of ellipsoid were figured out. The ellipsoid was drawn,and the visual presentation of transformation of associated symptom value was achieved. Results Spatial shape of the ellipsoid generated by the symptom value of 30 patients before and after treatment changed in two ways： the center point（ mean value） moved towards the direction of the original point,and the volume of the ellipsoid was also shrinking with its dispersion diminishing,tending to concentrating towards the center. These features manifested that decoctions for Yin-deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome could improve clinical symptoms remarkably. Conclusion Visual evaluation on curative effects of Chinese medicine in syndrome based on symptom value matrix is a direct,precise,and feasible way.
