在逆向工程中,以还原设计意图和面向再设计为主要目的的逆向建模方法是最近十多年以来的研究热点。对几种目前应用比较广泛的逆向建模方法的特点进行了分析,提出了基于截面草图和规则特征提取的混合建模方法,详细介绍了该混合建模方法的优势。以建模软件Geomagic Design Direct为平台,通过实例验证了该混合建模方法的准确性,为基于逆向工程的几何形状重构和再设计提供了一种快速、有效的解决方法。

Restore design intent and re-design of reverse modeling was the research focus of reverse engineering in the past ten years.Briefly described several currently used widely in reverse modeling method ,and proposed a hybrid modeling method based on cross-sectional sketches and regular feature extraction ,detailed the benefits of this hybrid modeling approach .In modeling soft-ware Geomagic Design Direct platform ,advantages of the hybrid modeling approach were validated by a case study ,which indica-ted that the hybrid modeling method provides a fast and effective solution for geometric shape reconstruct and re -design based on reverse modeling .
