摘要 在机械结构设计的基础上设计了一种伺服控制数控攻丝机,重点研究了攻丝机的控制系统,采用触摸屏与伺服驱动器通过串行接口相连的架构,基于Modbus RTU传输协议实现了触摸屏直接监控驱动器运行的功能。实践应用证明,伺服控制数控攻丝机机械结构设计巧妙,控制体系简单可靠,具有广阔的工程应用价值。 A design of CNC tapping machine based on servo control was introduced .CNC tapping machine control system was mainly studied after the mechanical structure design .The touch screen connected to the servo drive through serial interface .Based on the Modbus RTU transport protocol ,the function of the touch screen controlling and monitoring the drive directly was realized . It showed that the design of the mechanical structure was clever ,the control system was simple and reliable ,the CNC tapping ma-chine has wide engineering application value .
