摘要
以汽车发动机前端附件驱动系统中的张紧器为研究对象,研究了张紧器的摆角-扭矩迟滞特性。利用双折线迟滞模型代替理想的干摩擦模型,并结合Masing模型,给出了张紧器摆角-扭矩关系的建模方法。运用参数分离识别技术识别迟滞模型中的参数,并将仿真结果与实测数据进行对比。结果表明,仿真值与实测值吻合度较高,验证了张紧器模型和参数识别方法的正确性。
Tensioner plays a key role in front end accessory drive system due to its properties of maintaining tension and reducing transverse vibration.Taking a tensioner as an example ,the rotation-torque hysteretic behavior is studied .A model for characteri-zing the rotation-torque hysteretic behavior is proposed by using bilinear model which describes the friction unit of the Masing model.Identifying the parameters of the model and the hysteresis curve of restoring torque -angle is estimated.The estimated and experimental result agrees well which validates the model and identification method .
