采用nRF24E1芯片的旋转机械振动测量系统设计

摘要 在大型旋转机械故障监测中,振动监测技术具有较好的识别能力,能够进行早期诊断,发现故障原因,进而实现对故障的预防诊断。从实际应用出发,设计了一个基于无线射频芯片nRF24E1的旋转机械振动加速度测量系统,详细阐述了该系统的组成、硬件结构和软件设计。通过实际调试操作,实现了振动加速度数据的发射与接收,并将接收到的数据经过电平转换后传输给计算机。通过实验分析了无线射频芯片传输数据的性能、主要影响因素,以及系统的稳定性。 In large rotating mechanical fault monitoring process ,vibration monitoring technique has the better identification abili-ty.It can diagnose in time and find the reason of fault ,and then achieve prevention and diagnosis .From the point of view of appli-cation,designed a system of rotating mechanic vibration acceleration measurement based on wireless Radio Frequency ( RF) chip nRF24E1.Introduces the structure of this system in detail , and also includes a introduction of hardware structure and software de-sign.Through practical debugging operation ,the system realized launching and receiving vibration acceleration data .At the same time,the received data would be transmitted to the computer via RS 232—USB.Through experimental analysis ,got the perform-ance of the wireless RF chip ,as well as the main factors that affected the stability of the system .
