摘要 PWG型差动式行星滚柱丝杠有别于标准型行星滚柱丝杠,其基于行星滚柱丝杠的运行原理巧妙地融合了行星传动和螺旋传动,并利用外螺旋啮合的差动原理,使得差动丝杠的实际导程小于主丝杆的导程。基于PWG型丝杠的运行原理和传动几何关系,对其关键结构参数与实际导程的相关性进行分析研究,建立PWG型丝杠的传动分析模型,利用该模型对某一规格差动丝杠的导程进行了计算,并对该规格的差动滚柱丝杠导程进行了试验测量,试验结果与计算结果一致,验证了传动分析模型的正确性。 The PWG planetary roller screw is different from the standard planetary roller screw ,coalescing planetary transmission and screw drive .Based on the differential principle of external helical gearing ,it achieved smaller lead than the lead of screw .The relationships between the key structural parameters and the real lead of the PWG are discussed .Based on the operational principle and the geometric transmission relationship of planetary roller screw ,the model of transmission is founded .By using this model , the lead of a specification of planetary roller screw is calculated .The real lead of this specification of planetary roller screw is test-ed,and the results of the test agree with the calculation results ,proving that the model of transmission analysis is validity .
