静电防护管理体系建立的理论与实践

研究国际静电防护管理体系标准的组成及应用范围、国际静电防护管理体系对IS09000质量管理体系的成功借鉴及其独特的技术管理思想。以中小型电子制造企业静电防护管理体系导入实践为研究案例,给出了中小型电子制造企业建立静电防护管理体系的步骤和流程。研究发现:中小型电子制造企业本身不仅可以经济而高效地取得国际静电管理体系认证,而且还会将国际静电防护管理体系的管理和技术向整个供应链网络传播,有效地提高了生态供应链的整体静电防护水平。该研究可为中小型企业静电防护管理体系的建立和静电供应链管理提供理论与实践上的指导,有助于国际静电防护管理体系认证在我国中小型企业的大规模推广,以提高我国企业在全球化竞争中的整体竞争力。

Studies the composition of the international Electrostatic Discharge （ ESD） management system standard and its appli-cation scope,discusses its successful reference for ISO 9000 quality management system and its unique technical management thoughts;through a case study of an Electrostatic Discharge （ ESD ） management system of small and medium-sized electronics manufacturing enterprise being established ,gives procedures and processes to establish electrostatic discharge management sys -tem.Also present that the small and medium-sized enterprise itself can not only obtain electrostatic discharge management system certification efficiently and economically ,but also to spread electrostatic discharge management technology to the whole supply chain network,improve the level of Electrostatic Discharge （ESD） management of ecological supply chain .This study can provide the guidance of the theory and practice for the small and medium-sized electronics companies;can promotes international Electro-static Discharge （ ESD） management system pervasive in our country;can improve the overall competitiveness of our country ’ s enterprises in the global competition .
