摘要
以包含锥螺纹、分段螺纹的双头螺纹转接头塑料件为例,结合实践经验与CAD/CAE技术,通过分析螺纹转接头的结构工艺,确定了成型方案,再通过模拟螺纹转接头的注射成型过程,获取了注射模结构设计的理论依据,最后采用一模四腔、S形流道平衡式浇注系统布局,以及哈夫滑块为主的成型结构的单分型面两板式注塑模,妥善地解决了特殊螺纹塑料件成型与脱模困难的问题,为类似的塑料件产品的模具设计提供参考。
Taking the double threaded connector with both taper thread and segmented thread for example,the actual experience with CAD/CAE techniques is combined,the molding process is determined by making an analysis of the structure processing of the threaded connector. Then the injection molding process of the threaded connector is simulated,the theoretical basis of the structural design of the injection molds is obtained,and finally the balanced gating system structure with one-mould-four-cavities and S-form runner as well as the single-parting and two-plate injection mould in Haff slide dominated moulding structure is adopted,which can effectively solve the problem of special threaded plastic molding and difficult demolding. It is hoped that the present research can provide some reference for the mold design of similar plastic products.
