摘要
为了研究含醚键聚酰亚胺(PI)的热降解过程,以双酚A与1-氯-4-硝基苯为原料制备了二胺单体2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP),再与双酚A型二酐(BPADA)制备了PI,并通过热重分析研究了PI的热分解过程。结果表明,所得PI具有优异的耐热性能,其热降解活化能Ea为204.44 k J/mol,指前因子A为1.44×1011 s-1,4反应级数n为0.944 6,热降解动力学方程为:dα/dt=1.44×1011exp(-2.4589×104/T)(1-α)0.9446。
To study the decomposition process of ether-containing polyimide(PI),a diamine monomer,2,2-bis(4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl) propane (BAPP) was synthesized by a two-stage process from bisphenol A and 1-chloro-4-nitrobenzeen. Then,corresponding polyimide(PI) was prepared from the diamine monomer and 4,4’-(4,4’-isopropylidene diphenoxy) bis(phthalic anhydride) (BPADA). The thermal decomposition reaction mechanism of the resulting PI was studied from the TG analysis. The results indicate the resulting PI exhibites excellent thermal stability. The thermal decomposition activation energy(Ea) was calculated to be 204.44 kJ/mol,the pre-exponential factor was calculated to be 1.44× 1011s-1, and the reaction order was calculated to be 0.944 6. The thermal decomposition kinetics equation is dα/dt=1.44×10^11 exp(-2.158×10^4/T)(1-α)^0.9446.
