基础教育课程改革中英语教师多元化校本培训研究 被引量:1

摘要 一、引言 教师是课程改革的关键因素。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020}明确指出:教育大计,教师为本。有好的教师,才有好的教育。要完善培养培训体系,做好培养培训规划,优化队伍结构,提高教师专业水平和教学能力(教育部2010)。原教育部副部长王湛同志在《全国基础教育课程改革实验工作座谈会上的讲话》中指出:“广大教师是新课程建设的主体力量。新课程的教师培训应该是有组织、有计划,有指导的,应通过制度建设来加以规范。除组织好集中的培训之外,还要切实抓好以校为本的教研制度的建设。”(江苏省教育厅,2005)为了落实国家和我省关于教师新课程培训的要求,培养适应课程改革的高素质的外语教师队伍,笔者及所在的名师团队以省级立项课题为载体,对基础教育课程改革中英语教师多元化校本培训的方式、方法和途径进行了深入研究和广泛探索,初步创建了以“基础教育课程改革中英语教师多元化培训框架图”为标志的英语教师校本化培训模式,有力地促进了本地区教师的专业发展,保障了课程改革的顺利进行,相关成果于2013年获江苏省基础教育教学成果一等奖。
