摘要
在H2SO4介质中,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为增敏剂,微量Cu(Ⅱ)对桑色素的荧光具有明显的增强作用,据此建立了测定微量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。当最大激发波长和发射波长分别为417nm和497nm时,Cu(Ⅱ)在4.0-20ng/mL浓度范围内与桑色素荧光强度变化值(△F)呈线性关系,其检出限为0.39ng/mL。对12ng/mL Cu(Ⅱ)进行12次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.76%。方法可用于不同环境水样中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在96.1%-102.9%之间。
A simple and selective fluorescence quenching method was proposed for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ)based on the copper enhancement effect on morin fluorescence in the presence of CTMAB.The result showed that the maximum excitation and emission wavelength were 417 nm and 497 nm,and the fluorescence quenched extent was proportional to the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)with in a range of4.0-20ng/mL.The limit of detection was 0.39ng/mL,and the relative standard deviation of twelve replicate measurements was 0.76%for 12ng/mL.A satisfactory result was achieved to analyze Cu(Ⅱ)in water samples,and the recoveris were 96.1%-102.9%.
