摘要
建立了冷冻水产品中乙萘酚残留的高效液相色谱-荧光检测(HPLC-FD)方法。样品经乙腈提取,平行蒸发仪浓缩,乙腈-甲苯溶液溶解残留物,固相萃取-冷冻去脂净化,HPLC-FD法分析,外标法定量。乙萘酚在0.50-10.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R^2=0.9998。添加水平在0.50、1.00、5.00 mg/kg时平均回收率在74.8%-91.7%之间,相对标准偏差为2.5%-9.4%。方法简便、高效、精密度高,适用于水产冻品中乙萘酚的测定;同时发现乙萘酚的降解速率与浓度有关,化学性质稳定。
An analytical method for the determination of 2-naphthol residue in frozen aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detector(HPLC-FD)was developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and condensed with parallel evaporator.The residue was dissolved in acetonitrile-toluene and purified with SPE-frozen to remove fat.The samples were detected with HPLC-FD and quantified with an external standard method.2-Naphthol was linearly detected in the range of 0.50-10.00μg/mL with R^2〉0.9998.The average recoveries of 2-naphthol at concentrations of0.50,1.00 and 5.00mg/kg were 74.8%-91.7% with RSD≤9.4%.The method is simple and efficient,suitable for the determination of 2-naphthol in aquatic products.It was also found that the degradation of2-naphthol was dependent on the concentration.
