应用“木桶理论”提高全自动片剂摆药机的药品质量管理

Improvement of drug quality management of automatic tablet dispensing system model by using ‘Cask Theory’

目的:探讨全自动片剂摆药机应用模式下的药品质量管理。方法:应用"木桶理论"分析摆药机模式下的药品拆零、药品库存管理及摆药差错等安全隐患,并提出防范措施。结果:有效提高了药师的风险意识和责任心,使药品管理工作科学化和规范化。结论:应用"木桶理论"可提高药品质量管理,保障患者用药安全。

OBJECTIVE To investigate drug quality management of an automatic tablet dispensing system model.METHODS Casktheory was used to analyze security risks in drug demolition,inventory and accuracy of drug dispensing of an automatic tablet dispensing system model and to solve these problems.RESULTS The pharmacists＇ awareness of risk and sense of responsibility were significantly improved,making drug quality management more scientific and standardized.CONCLUSION Application of cask theory can improve drug management and ensure safety of medication.
