本文概述了OCT3的结构、组织分布及与药物和内源性物质的相互作用,对OCT3的药理作用进行了综述,并对OCT3基因多态性研究进行了展望。
The structure,tissue distribution and interaction with drug and endogenous substances of OCT3 were overviewed,pharmacological activities of OCT3 were summarized,and researches on OCT3 gene polymorphism were discussed in this arti-cle.
