中外大城市建设用地容积率比较

Comparative researches on urban construction land use's plot ratio between China and foreign countries

以国内外几个大城市和地区为样本,通过比较这些城市和地区的整体容积率以及不同性质的建设用地的容积率水平,分析了我国当前城市建设用地的整体利用水平和可供提高利用效率的用地类型,提出了提高城镇建设用地集约化水平的建议。

This essay selects several cities and regions at home and abroad to compare the rate of the overall volume of these cities and regions as well as the volume rate of the different nature of the land. Then it analyzes the overall using level of China＇ s current lands for city construction and the lands types available to use. In the end, it proposes suggestions to improve the intensification level of the lands for city construction.
