Measurement on the satisfaction for community environment

社区环境满意度日益成为衡量民生情况的重要指标,居民对社区环境的满意程度涉及众多与社会分层相关的变量。基于"社会发展与社会建设调查"课题组在2013年进行的抽样调查所获得的数据,采用多层线性模型探讨了社会阶层对社区环境满意度的影响。结果显示,居民的教育水平越高,其社区环境满意度越低;居民的主观社会阶层越高,则其社区环境满意度也会越高。个人收入水平对社区环境满意度没有影响。社区公共设施的状况和社区流动人员比例均与社区环境满意度呈现负相关关系,而社区社会工作者人数与社区环境满意度之间则呈正相关关系。

Community environmental satisfaction has become an important indicator for measuring people＇ s liveli- hood. Residents＇ satisfaction with their community environment is relative to many indicators concerned with social class. This essay mainly explores the effects of social class on community environmental satisfaction with multilevel model, using data from the survey in 2013 conducted by the project ＂social development and soeial construction survey＂. Empirical results show that the higher the educational level, the lower community environmental satisfaction people would have. Community environmental satis- faction goes up with respondent＇ s social class. Individual in- come has no relation to community environmental satisfaction yet. Public facility in communities and the ratio of community immigrants are negatively related to community environmental satisfaction. The number of social workers in communities is positively related to community environmental satisfaction.
