摘要
利用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,依据北京市2007-2013年公共交通行业的基础数据,从时间和系统内部两个角度对公共交通行业进行研究。结果表明,2007-2013年间,北京市公共交通行业全要素生产率的增长主要归功于技术进步,而技术效率则对效率变动起阻碍作用。此外,轨道交通子系统的发展态势良好,但常规公共交通子系统效率较低,亟需改善。最后,结合公共交通行业存在的问题,提出了相应建议。
By using DEA - Malmquist index method, and based on the fundamental data of the public transport indus- try in Beijing in 2007 - 2013, this essay studies the public transport industry, respectively from the angles of time and with- in the system. The empirical results show that during 2007 - 2013, an increase of the public transport industry TFP in Beijing is mainly attributed to technological advances, and the technical efficiency hinders the change negatively. The railway subsystem is developing quite well, and the efficiency of the conventional public transport subsystem needs improving. In the end, in con- sideration of the problems existing in the public transport indus- try, this essay puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
