南方冬麦区小麦耐迟播高分蘖资源的鉴定与筛选 被引量:3

Identification and Selection of Wheat Germplasm with High Tillering Ability under Late Sowing for Southern Winter Wheat Zone

摘要 为鉴定和筛选耐迟播小麦种质资源,2011-2012年以迟播分蘖力为指标对1 442份小麦资源进行评价,2012-2014年分别对从中筛选出的42和31份分蘖力不同的材料的群体数量、有效穗数进行分析。结果表明,2011-2013年,迟播分蘖力相近的材料间有效穗数变异很大,迟播分蘖力较高的材料大部分也表现出较高的有效穗数,迟播分蘖力与有效穗数显著相关(r=0.54)。2013-2014年,在迟播条件下不同小麦材料间基本苗数、最高茎数、有效穗数均有显著差异,最高茎数和分蘖数均与有效穗数显著相关,成穗率与有效穗数偏相关也显著。较高的种子活性和高分蘖力是耐迟播小麦种质的两个特征。 To identify and select wheat germplasm resources with high tillering ability under late sowing,1 442 wheat germplasm were assessed on late sowing tolerance based on tillering ability under late sowing in 2011-2012.The productive spikes of 42 and 31wheat germplasm with different tillerling ability under late sowing were further investigated in 2012-2014.The results showed that there was obvious difference on productive spikes among germplasm with similar tillering ability under late sowing in 2011-2013,and productive spikes of most germplasm with higher tillering ability under late sowing were higher.There was significant correlation between tillering ability and productive spikes under late sowing(r=0.54).There were significant differences in planting seedlings,peak seedlings and productive spikes among the 31 wheat germplasm in 2013-2014.There were significant correlations among productive spikes and peak seedlings or stem tiller numbers.Partial correlations analysis indicated a positive correlation between effective spike rate and productive spikes.High seed activity and high tillering ability under late sowing were two characteristics of wheat resources with late sowing tolerance.
