中文期刊零被引率与期刊关键评价指标相关性分析——以图书情报学科为例

Correlation analysis between non-cited rates and key evaluation indicators in Chinese periodicals:case study in library and information science

【目的】探讨期刊零被引率与期刊关键评价指标的相关关系,检验期刊零被引率作为期刊评价反向指标的科学性。【方法】以CSSCI为数据源,选择图书情报学科核心期刊作为研究对象,计算时间窗口分别为2-5年的期刊零被引率、期刊关键评价指标,借助于SPSS分析期刊零被引率与期刊评价指标间的相关关系。【结果】期刊零被引率与期刊关键评价指标(2年影响因子、5年影响因子和h指数)显著负相关,期刊自引对于期刊的引用突破并不构成重要影响。【结论】期刊零被引率可以作为一个反向指标,但需要考虑学科差异性。

[Purpose] This paper explores the correlation between non-cited rates and key journal evaluation indicators,and examines the scientificity of using the non-cited rates as a negative indicator in journal evaluation.[Methodology] Based on CSSCI,taking the Chinese core journals in library and information science discipline as an example,this article calculates the 2-5 years non-cited rates and key journal evaluation indicators,then conducts a correlation analysis between them via SPSS.[Findings] There is a significant negative correlation between non-cited rates and key evaluation indicators （such as 2-year impact factor,5-year impact factor,h-index）,and the journal self-citation does not have an important influence on journal citation.[Conclusions] The non-cited rates can be used as a negative indicator for journal evaluation,but the disciplinary differences should be considered.
