摘要
目的比较实时荧光定量PCR法(RT-PCR)与分离培养法对食品从业人员肠道致病菌沙门菌和志贺菌的检测效果。方法 1RT-PCR法:用实时荧光定量PCR对体检肛拭子进行初筛;2分离培养法:按照国标方法GB/T 4789.4—2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》和GB/T 4789.5—2003《食品卫生微生物学检验志贺氏菌检验》对所筛选出的菌株进行鉴定。结果 RT-PCR法对食品从业人员肠道沙门菌和志贺菌的检出率明显高于分离培养法。结论 RT-PCR法相对于分离培养法在从业人员体检沙门菌和志贺菌的检测中,无论从检出率、准确度,还是检测时效性上都有着明显的优势。因此,在从业人员体检中运用RT-PCR法具有很好的实际意义。
Objective To compare the effect of RT-PCR and isolated culture for the detection of food practitioners of Salmonella and Shigella. Methods (1) RT-PCR, (2) isolated culture. Results The detection rate of RT-PCR was significantly higher than that in isolated culture for food practitioners intestinal Salmonella and Shigella. Conclusion RT- PCR method was superior to the isolation and culture method in the detection of practitioners physical examination of Salmonella and Shigella in terms of detection rate, accuracy and timeliness. Therefore, the use of RT-PCR in the physical examination of employees has very important practical application value.
