摘要
近年来我国风电机组火灾事故频发,解决风机的消防安全问题迫在眉睫。文章建立了国内首套风电机组火灾模拟试验装置,并且试验测试了热气溶胶灭火装置在非通风和通风条件下对风电机组火灾的灭火能力。试验结果表明:热气溶胶灭火装置能够对风力发电机组进行全淹没灭火保护,灭火药剂的用量应考虑风机工作运行中的实际通风情况。热气溶胶灭火装置宜与通风系统实现联动控制,只有在通风系统关闭后,才能启动灭火;若无法实现联动,为了保证灭火浓度,需增加药剂用量以补偿药剂损失。
In recent years wind turbine fire accidents appear frequently in China. In order to solve the problem, a first domestic wind turbine fire simulation test device is established, the extinguishing performance of condensed aerosol fire suppression device is tested to extinguish fires of wind turbine with and without ventilation conditions. The conclusion is that condensed aerosol fire suppression devices can effectively implement total flooding extinguishing protection on wind turbine. Condensed aerosol agents consumption should take into account the actual ventilation conditions. Condensed aerosol fire suppression device should interact with the ventilation system. Condensed aerosol device will start after ventilation system is closed. If the linkage is unavailable,condensed aerosol fire suppression device should increase dosage to compensate the loss of agents to ensure the extinguishing concentration.
