本科层次护生时间管理与学习效能感多维度比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨在校本科护生时间管理与学习效能感的相关性,并分析其影响因素,为学校的教学管理工作以及学生学业情绪的提高提供理论参考。方法:采用整群分层抽样的方法,随机抽取本科护理专业大一、大二、大三3个年级的学生180人作为被试对象,然后采用时间管理倾向量表和学业自我效能感问卷进行测评,测评数据利用SPSS17.0软件包进行统计学处理(t检验,相关分析)。结果:本科层次护生的时间管理与学习效能呈显著的正相关(r=0.216,0.518,0.584,0.282,0.407,0.339;P均<0.01);男女性别护生、是否独生子女、不同的生源地的护生在时间管理与学习效能感方面无显著性差异;是否班干其时间管理能力与学习效能感的各维度均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);不同年级(大一、大二、大三)的本科护生在时间管理与学习效能感方面均具有显著性差异。结论:在校本科层次护生时间管理状况,将直接影响其学习效能感。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between undergraduate nursing students ' time management and learning efficacy, and analyze its influencing factors, providing a theoretical reference for the management of the school's teaching and improving students'academic emotions. Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method, randomly selected 180 undergraduate nursing students from freshman, sophomore and junior as test subjects, and then using the Time Management Disposition Scale and academic self - ef- ficacy questionnaire for evaluation. Results:Undergraduate nurs!ng students'time management was signifi- cant positive related with learning efficacy (r = 0. 216,0.518,0. 584,0.282,0.407,0. 339;P 〈 0.01 ) ; There were no significant differences in time management and learning efficacy between male and female nursing students, whether or not single child, different origin of students, uhile there were significant differences between whether or not students leaders, different grades( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Undergrad- uate nursing students" time management level directly affect their learning efficacy.
